Cap Randall Memorial Award

Cap was a life member of CA4WDC and very active in the sport. He was a fixture at most Association events. He was a strong advocate of conservation and land-use issues and would always encourage others to get involved in our affairs and to act on their ideas. He was also an active member of the National Rifle Association and was always seen wearing many hat and shirt pins displaying his support for both Associations. He was very popular amongst his peers and very easy to get along with. The Cap Randall Award is rewarded to the individual member of the Association that is deemed most active throughout the prior year.
