Recognition is at the CA4WDC's Convention

Life Member Scholarship Award in Honor of Bud Hammers

An award, of sorts is handed out at each convention in the form of a scholarship to help sponsor a private post-secondary education for the selected CA4WDC member's child.  This is given in honor of Bud Hammers and organized by the Life Members of our Associations. Bud was a charter member of the Tulare Country 4x4 Club, which was one of the original clubs that started this Association when it was first formed. Bud served as the president pro-term until Steve Morris was elected as the first President. He also served as the Association State Treasurer and served on the Legislative Committee in 1960 and 1961. He was very supportive and dedicated to our cause.
