| Oceano Legal Fund: Oceano is under attack to close the area to motorized vehicles. All funds will be used to fight the legal battles that are facing us to and into the future. |

| Black Sands Legal Fund: The Friends of Black Sands has filed suit against the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in 1999 for the closure of Black Sands Beach to motorized vehicle. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses for this suit. |

| Sierra Nevada Framework Sierra Nevada Framework has been an on going land issues for over five years. Legal questions if the Framework is a legal way to manage our Public Lands. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses. |

| Surprise Canyon Due to a lawsuit filed by the Center For Biodiversity Surprise Canyon is closed to all motorized vehicles. After all administrative processes have been exulted, legal actions will more than likely be needed. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses. |
