| Legal Funds: | Black Sands The Friends of Black Sands has filed suit against the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in 1999 for the closure of Black Sands Beach to motorized vehicle. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses for this suit. |

| Desert There are many issues in the California Desert. This fund will be used for legal battles. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses. |

| Eldorado Forest This fund will be used for legal expense in the suit filed against Eldorado National Forest to stop all OHV use in the forest. |

| General Legal fund This fund will be used for all CA4WDC legal needs for land use. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses. |

| Oceano SVRA Oceano is under attack to close the area to motorized vehicles. All funds will be used to fight the legal battles that are facing us to and into the future. |

| Sierra Nevada FrameWork Sierra Nevada Framework has been an on going land issues for over five years. Legal questions if the Framework is a legal way to manage our Public Lands. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses |

| Suprise Canyon Due to a lawsuit filed by the Center For Biodiversity Surprise Canyon is closed to all motorized vehicles. After all administrative processes have been exulted, legal actions will more than likely be needed. All funds will be used to pay for legal expenses. |

| Lobbying Funds: | State / Federal Lobbying As State and Federal legislaton have an impact on our sport, these funds will be used to pay for lobbying efforts in California and Washington D.C. |
