The In Gear is Cal4Wheel's official publication. It is currently published every month (February/March, April/May, June/July, August/September, October/November and December/January) and mailed to current club, individual and business members.
Your individual, club and business/associate memberships include a subscription to the magazine. Please note that it takes approximately 4-8 weeks to be placed on the mailing list when you join.
The In Gear circulation is approximately 10,000, which includes member families and extra copies sent to off-road related businesses and events.

Our full-color magazine comes out every other even-numbered month, with a circulation of 10,000. The magazine contains articles on current issues and legislation, upcoming events, and general interest articles pertaining to four-wheeling.

Banner ads are available on our website, as well as our email campaigns.
We have over 500,000 page views per year, with 7,500 active users per month on our website. Our email campaigns are delivered to nearly 10,000 recipients.

LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
The In Gear welcomes original letters with ideas, viewpoints, criticism and analysis that encourage discussion.
Letters containing information that cannot be easily verified, libelous statements or name calling will be rejected.
Please include in your letter your name, geographic area and any expertise or special interest you have in the topic you are writing about.
Submissions may be edited for clarity or length. All submissions become the property of the California Four Wheel Drive Association, Inc. Letters to the Editor should be no more than 200 words (about half of a typed page). Due to space constraints, not all letters may be printed.
